group meets at the Bristol Mind offices in Bristol. This is located on Old Market Street and is easily accessible from the City Centre by car, bus or bicycle.

Each session starts at 7:00pm, every Thursday evenings,
except the last Thursday of the month and finishes no later than 9pm. Please enter through the iron gates at either the front or the rear of the building and the entrance door is off this walk way. Signs will be provided in a sensitive way where appropriate. Please see the map on the right

We have chosen our location carefully to hopefully reach as many people
as possible. We understand that traveling, particularly to unfamiliar
places, can sometimes be a difficult and daunting task when you're feeling anxious. Please use the provided information below to help make your journey easier.
By
Car or Bicycle
Bristol Mind is situated fairly close to the city centre and is within cycling distance. Please do not chain bicycles to the iron gates as this obstructs the walkways. There is parking at the rear of the building for a limited number of cars. Please do not park in the spaces with metal bollards as these are for local residents. Several nearby roads can also be parked on for free after 6pm.
From the City Centre
From the City Centre follow signs towards the M32, soon you'll reach St. James Barton Roundabout next to the bus station. At this roundabout, follow signs for the A4 until you reach the underpass. Take the slip road off the main road before you go under the underpass and turn left at the large roundabout that sits on top of the underpass. You are now in Old Market Street and No. 35 is on your left a little way down the road.
If you wish to park at the rear of the building then continue down Old Market Street and turn left at the first set of traffic lights you come to. Turn left before the road goes around the corner and then take the next left again into Redcross Street. You can enter the car park by turning into the Redcroos Mews (Private Road), No. 35 is at the top with the iron gates. At a basic level, once in Old Market Street, please just keep going left wherever possible until you get to the rear of the building.
By bus
There is a bus stop very near No. 35 Old Market Street. The following
services are listed as stopping there: 4, 6, 7, 24, 36, 36a, 41, 43,
44, 44a, 45, 48, X62, X67, 332, 632, 635. From the Centre it is best
to get a 41, 43, 44, 44a, 45 or 48 bus from the CA (Colston Avenue)
stop. Please check times and details with First Bus before traveling.
